I have hosted with many companies in the past - 1&1 having the most terrible pricing and service around. They have taken money from me, it takes up to an hour for their support line, and it's very hard to understand what the tech is saying when you do get on the phone with him/her.

I used their exchange hosting for a couple of years. The biggest problems we had were the server would endup blacklisted from sending email regulalry, and support would act like they had no idea what I was talking about.
