I have an ecommerce site on Apollo and am looking for a new host. Beginning in late April my site was up and down multiple times per day. I got no response from tech support and wouldn't have even know there was a problem if I hadn't signed up at serviceuptime.com. This came at the same time we were investing in a marketing push and customers were telling us the site was down. For a lot of people, if they find a site down, they don't go back. I don't know how much this cost me but it sure isn't the 99+% uptime they advertise. And the whole time this was going on... not one word from Apollo to say they were having a problem and were working to correct it... silence...
This brings up another question... there are supposedly independent monitoring companies coming up with the advertised uptime stats but all these hosts have many, many servers... are they only monitoring one or all? As of a week ago, the server my site is on was showing 87% uptime.

Continuous problems with e-mail, Plesk functionality and lots of other issues. Tickets take days or weeks to be responded mostly with worthless responses clearly showing an astounding lack of knowledge, competence and willingness. Looking to switch.

I used to have three domains on apollo--I've killed them all. The service has gone down terribly. Customer service is NON existant (except for one nice overworked woman in billing) and Tech support is basically incompetent and totally disinterested. Once a good host, they are now to be avoided at all costs.
