Globat is every day loosing quality

Time with host at time of review: 12-18 months
To be clear, in less of six months I have six incidents with my hosting, where I get down my site. Contacting to Support area is a pain in the neck, they don't solve the problem, only pass the message to Senior Techs or Sys Ads, and after 12 to 48 hours, they solve the problem, and blame you about the site crash. I'm looking for another hoster to change ASAP, and be warned, if you want a quality services, go with other hosters, Globat is a cheap one, but a dirty service and not reliable company.
