Just thought I would post a review on HostGator. Firstly alittle about my requirements.
I'm a fairly small host (reseller)... Just hosting friends, family and friends friends website. Nothing flash, just plane basic websites.
Around two years ago I was having to pay a fortune to host a few of my own websites. I looked into reseller accounts and wasn't sure if it was something I could handle. I was (and still am) just learning the basics. It would work out cheaper hosting all my own sites instead of paying individual hosting accounts. I decided to go for it and was pleased I did!
I've been with HostGator for around 2 years and I've never experienced any problems with their service. Their rates for reseller accounts is fantastic (compared to UK companies). You can contact support 24/7 via their live chat, support tickets, free voip phone number or their forum. The times i've asked for help they have always replied quickly.
