I've been with host gator for 3 months now, and i am satisfied. In the same time I'm hosting with an another company (I might mention i use them as a backup server). So I have had a few customers on the old server and the server speed wasn't great so i switched to host gator. I can say the support is excellent, been with me in the early morning and late night. As my customers have noticed - suddenly their sites are faster and more responsive. I might say that i have tried a few companies before moving to host gator - they are close to hg, but the support here is responsive and it's great talking to them. Keep up the good work.

Time with host at time of review: 1-2 months
Finally got all moved into my reseller account and all is working very well. Have been a reseller with a few other hosts and so far HostGator beats them all.
Left the previous host because of very poor service, very poor server performance and lack of server/progam updates.
This is my first reseller hosting account that uses WHM and Cpanel, so it took me a while to learn and get used to it. Moved all my client sites one by one which it took some time.
Whenever I had a question or issue, HostGator support was very helpful and responsive, usually responding to tickets withing 2 hours or less. This was in stark contrast to my previous host.
Servers have been very fast and responsive, much better than the old host servers.
I am very happy to have the move completed and can now start the new year with a fresh start.
