well when I signed up I didnt have a clue what I was in for. When I figured I was in over my head I called and canceled my account. No questions asked I got my refund and in a timely manner and the girl was very polite :) when I figure out how to use there features I will sign with them again

Time with host at time of review: 6-12 months
Everything worked as it should except my autoloading flash movies took up to 13 seconds to play instead of 1-2 seconds on my UK based dedicated server. So the small files loaded fast but the big file loaded slow.
