Been with iPower for 18 months, the first 16 months had no problems, but since they updated their vdeck, I have yet to have an sql driven page load properly. In most cases I have 15 to 45 second page load times. It's been 2 months now with problems and all tech support can tell me is that senior management is aware of the problem because it is happening to many people and that they are looking to update their servers to fix the issue. So I guess they want me to bare with them for a while and hope the issue gets fixed. I'm sorry iPower, I can not wait any longer.
Another thing I want to warn you is they have over 1 hour wait times if you try to call in for technical support. If you email them with your problem, it takes 2 or 3 days to answer it. I even called sales once to add a domain and that took about 15 minutes to wait. I wonder how many people hang up daily who are interested in getting web space.
I will say one good thing. They are very cheap so if you just have a simple html site to publish, one that wont require any help to maintain, this may be a good choice for you.
