I left these guys when their servers crashed for 3-4 days. Terrible customer service, and I question their ethics. Long story very short - I had prepaid for a year of service. I left after 6-7 months because their servers crashed and I was down for days. No big deal, I never requested a refund for the unused time. Unfortunately, I forgot that I set PayPal to make an automatic renewal payment for another year of service. They collected my money, but refused to make any refund even though I had not been a ciustomer in months! In my opinion these guys are very questionable. I hope Thomas got paid up front.

Time with host at time of review: About 2 years
I had contacted them many times with several different issues. They never responded so it generated more emails from me. Finally I decided to switch hosts. The service used to be excellent but I have seen it decline significantly over the last year
I no longer use them for my hosting needs.
