The *old* LiveHost (under the leadership of Thomas Tremain) was a model of efficiency and had spectacular service. I was with them for about four years. Since the takeover roughly a year ago, the customer service has gone in the toilet and the servers have become really unstable and were constantly under virus attack. I just about lost my best clients before I finally pulled the plug and bailed out. *SOOOO* glad I did.
