I have been with Lunarpages for over a year now with no real problems. The only minor issues that I have had have been cleared up quickly and efficiently by their support staff other than one where foreign characters in email headers will not coming through their email server which we couldn't resolve.
Site uptime (monitored hourly) has been great and pages load quickly.

I've been an LP customer for over a year. I have two websites and a client's website hosted with LP and am considering moving another client. I have experienced no downtime and good customer service.

Extremely easy to switch from my previous domain. Extremely fast telephone and e-mail support to answer my questions. Good package of utilities for web site development.
Excellent performance - both mail and page serving compared with my prior ISP.
I had some early newbie questions that I emailed support. The response was almost immediate and answered my questions in detail. Om the two occasions I telephoned, I spoke to a person within a very short period and received excellent support. Topics I sought help on included parking domains, using Spam Assassin and deploying servlets.
